Ottawa | December 4, 2025 — External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met his Canadian counterpart Anand on Wednesday and reviewed the progress made under the India-Canada Roadmap 2025. The high-level meeting focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation across key sectors including trade, innovation, education, clean energy, and people-to-people ties.
Both ministers reaffirmed their commitment to deepening diplomatic engagement and addressing issues of mutual interest through constructive dialogue. Jaishankar underlined the importance of trust, transparency, and cooperation in advancing the partnership, while the Canadian side expressed optimism about expanding economic and strategic collaboration.
