    The Chief Minister stated that this move will help eliminate middlemen, reduce corruption, and improve transparency in administration. Citizens will be able to apply for certificates, welfare benefits, and grievance redressal services from their homes using mobile phones. Officials said the system is currently undergoing testing and cyber security strengthening. The government believes this transformation will make Andhra Pradesh a national model for digital public services.
