
Tirupati, November 13, 2025 — The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced plans to introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based chatbot services aimed at improving communication and accessibility for millions of devotees visiting the sacred temple. The chatbot will assist pilgrims with darshan bookings, accommodation details, donation options, and real-time updates in multiple languages.
TTD officials stated that the new system will ensure faster query resolution and reduce congestion at information counters. The AI chatbot is expected to be integrated into the official TTD website and mobile app by early 2026, marking a major step in combining technology with tradition to enhance the spiritual experience for devotees visiting Tirumala.
