Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed to expand and diversify cooperation between India and Russia under a new long-term framework titled “Vision 2030.” The roadmap focuses on strengthening trade relations, boosting energy partnerships, and deepening defence collaboration.
Both leaders expressed confidence that the new strategy would open fresh opportunities for investment, technology sharing, and strategic cooperation. The agreement is seen as a major step in reinforcing the longstanding partnership between the two nations amid changing global dynamics.
