New Delhi, November 7, 2025: Delhi continues to grapple with dangerously high pollution levels, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) remaining in the ‘severe’ category for yet another day. Thick smog has engulfed the city, reducing visibility and causing breathing discomfort for residents, especially children, the elderly, and those with respiratory ailments.
Despite emergency measures and restrictions on construction, vehicular emissions, and industrial activities, pollution levels show little sign of improvement. Health experts are urging citizens to stay indoors, use masks, and avoid strenuous outdoor activities. The persistent air quality crisis has intensified calls for long-term sustainable solutions to combat Delhi’s recurring pollution nightmare.
