New Delhi, December 5, 2025: Delhi’s air quality continued to remain in the ‘very poor’ category today, with thick layers of smog persisting across several parts of the capital. Low wind speed and unfavourable weather conditions have worsened pollution levels, causing discomfort to residents, especially children and the elderly.
Health experts have advised people to limit outdoor activities and use protective masks when stepping out. Authorities are continuing anti-pollution measures, including dust control, traffic restrictions, and monitoring industrial emissions, as the city struggles to breathe under hazardous air conditions.
