All Government Services to Go Online from Sankranti 2026: AP CM

Amaravati | December 9, 2025:
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced a major digital governance reform stating that from Sankranti 2026, all government services in Andhra Pradesh will be made available online through the ‘Mana Mitra’ digital platform. This historic decision aims to reduce the burden on citizens who currently depend on visiting government offices for basic certificates, welfare schemes, and official documentation.

The Chief Minister stated that this move will help eliminate middlemen, reduce corruption, and improve transparency in administration. Citizens will be able to apply for certificates, welfare benefits, and grievance redressal services from their homes using mobile phones. Officials said the system is currently undergoing testing and cyber security strengthening. The government believes this transformation will make Andhra Pradesh a national model for digital public services.
