
Mumbai, November 19, 2025:
An Air India flight operating from Mumbai to Patna was forced to return to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport shortly after takeoff due to a mid-air technical glitch. The pilots detected the issue during the initial climb and promptly decided to turn back as a precautionary measure.
The aircraft landed safely, and all passengers were deboarded without any injuries. Air India stated that the aircraft will undergo a detailed inspection, and alternative arrangements are being made for affected passengers. The airline emphasized that safety remains its top priority.
