In a major relief to farmers, the Andhra Pradesh government has announced plans to distribute around 21 lakh new pattadar passbooks by Sankranti. The move is aimed at strengthening land ownership records across the state.
Officials said the initiative will help farmers secure easier access to bank loans and government welfare schemes. The government stated that the measure reflects its commitment to farmer welfare and agricultural development.
