Patna, November 4, 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a strong attack on the RJD–Congress alliance during a public rally in Patna on Tuesday, asserting that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) stands for development, progress, and stability. He alleged that the opposition parties were responsible for pushing Bihar backwards through corruption, misgovernance, and vote-bank politics. PM Modi stated that the NDA’s policies have brought transformational changes in infrastructure, welfare schemes, and youth development across the state.
Reiterating his commitment to Bihar’s growth, the Prime Minister urged citizens to support the NDA for a future rooted in progress and opportunities. He accused the RJD–Congress alliance of prioritising personal gain over public welfare and claimed that their return to power would lead to instability and “destruction of the state’s hard-earned progress.” PM Modi added that the NDA’s vision focuses on empowering the poor, youth, and farmers, ensuring long-term development for Bihar.
