
Amaravati, November 29, 2025 — The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet has approved the second phase of land pooling for the development of Amaravati, covering over 16,000 acres across seven villages. The move is aimed at accelerating infrastructure growth and reviving the capital city project.
Along with land pooling, the Cabinet cleared multiple key development proposals related to housing, green energy, and digital infrastructure. The decisions are expected to generate large-scale employment and fast-track long-pending development projects in the capital region.
