19 November 2025,New Delhi, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) delivered a major blow to an international crime-terror syndicate by arresting wanted gangster Anmol Bishnoi following his deportation from the United States. Bishnoi, the younger brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, had been under the agency’s scanner for his alleged involvement in extortion, targeted killings, and terror-linked activities across India.
According to officials, Bishnoi’s arrest is a crucial step in dismantling the syndicate’s overseas network, which reportedly managed funds, weapons, and coordination from foreign soil. The NIA is expected to interrogate him further to uncover international links and gather additional evidence in multiple ongoing investigations.
