New Delhi, November 18, 2025:
A Delhi court has remanded Jasir Bilal Wani, an accused in the Red Fort blast case, to 10 days of NIA custody for further interrogation. The National Investigation Agency sought extended custody to investigate Wani’s alleged role in the conspiracy and his suspected links with terror modules operating in and outside the country.
The NIA is now expected to probe deeper into funding channels, communication networks, and the planning behind the blast. With Wani’s custody secured, investigators believe they may uncover more critical details related to the larger network involved in the attack.
