Navi Mumbai, November 15, 2025: The new Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) is set to begin its first commercial flights on December 25, 2025. IndiGo will operate as the launch carrier, starting with 18 daily departures connecting Navi Mumbai to more than 15 major domestic cities. The airport is geared up with full operational readiness, marking a major milestone for Mumbai’s aviation expansion.

With two major carriers beginning operations, passengers can expect competitive fares, improved connectivity, and reduced load on Mumbai’s existing airport.
