New Delhi, November 11, 2025: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh condemned the deadly blast near Delhi’s Red Fort and assured that strict action will be taken against those responsible. In a statement issued hours after the incident, he expressed deep grief over the loss of lives and extended condolences to the families of the nine victims. Singh also wished a speedy recovery to those injured and said the government is closely monitoring the situation.
The Defence Minister affirmed that security agencies have been instructed to conduct a thorough investigation and bring the culprits to justice at the earliest. “Justice will be served,” he said, stressing that such acts of violence will not be tolerated. With Delhi placed on high alert following the explosion, Singh urged citizens to remain calm, stay vigilant, and cooperate with authorities as security measures have been intensified across the capital.
