Washington D.C., November 19, 2025 In a rare show of bipartisan consensus, the US Senate has unanimously passed the Epstein Files Bill, aimed at increasing transparency around documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. The legislation will make previously sealed court files accessible to the public, allowing investigators, journalists, and victims’ advocates to review critical evidence.
Supporters of the bill called it a “historic step for justice,” emphasizing the need for accountability in high-profile criminal cases. Critics, however, have raised concerns about privacy and the potential misuse of sensitive information. With the Senate’s approval, the bill now moves to the House of Representatives for final consideration.
