Chennai | December 4, 2025 — BJP leader Kesavan on Wednesday accused the Tamil Nadu government of acting in an “undemocratic” manner by allegedly defying a court order. Speaking at a press briefing in Chennai, Kesavan criticized the DMK administration for what he described as blatant disregard for judicial directives, raising concerns about the rule of law in the state.
Kesavan urged the state government to comply immediately with the court’s decision and warned that continued non-compliance could lead to legal and political consequences. The remarks have sparked a political debate in Tamil Nadu, with opposition leaders calling for accountability while the ruling DMK has yet to issue a formal response.
