Seoul, Nov 7 — South Korean universities have begun rejecting applicants with a recorded history of bullying, as institutions tighten policies to promote safer and more respectful campus environments. Under the new policy, bullying records submitted from schools will be considered during the admission process, and applicants found guilty of serious misconduct may be denied entry.
