
Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, November 2025: The Indian Army conducted “Exercise Maru Jwala” near the Pakistan border, showcasing advanced warfare capabilities and coordination among its forces. The large-scale exercise featured parachute jumps, drone surveillance, robotic systems, and live-fire drills, underscoring India’s readiness for high-intensity operations in desert terrains.
The exercise, held under extreme weather conditions, aimed to test the synergy between ground troops, mechanized forces, and air support units. Officials highlighted that “Maru Jwala” demonstrates the Army’s focus on integrating technology-driven warfare and enhancing operational preparedness along the western frontier.
