The Indian Air Force (IAF) has kicked off the 8th edition of its bilateral combat exercise, Garuda-25, with the French Air and Space Force (FASF) at Mont-de-Marsan. The two-week-long exercise, running until November 27, brings together IAF Su-30MKI jets and French multirole fighters in complex air-to-air engagements, strike missions, and defence drills.

The exercise is designed to sharpen tactics and build interoperability under realistic operational conditions. Former ATP Star Says Sinner’s Calm Mirrors Federer’s: “Quiet Confidence”

    New York | November 18, 2025
Former world No. 1 Andy Roddick has drawn a striking comparison between Jannik Sinner and Roger Federer, praising the young Italian’s composure. Roddick said that, on the morning of a Grand Slam final, Sinner is “the most relaxed person I’ve ever seen beside Roger,” describing the two as sharing a rare, quiet confidence.

Roddick noted that even Sinner’s celebrations felt understated — more like a personal moment of relief than a public spectacle. He believes this calm mindset, along with relentless focus, gives Sinner a mental edge that’s reminiscent of Federer at his peak.

Bitcoin Crashes Below $90,000 as Global Crypto Sentiment Turns Bleak

    New York, November 18, 2025:
Bitcoin plunged below the crucial $90,000 mark, signalling a sharp deterioration in investor sentiment across global crypto markets. The world’s largest cryptocurrency slipped to its lowest level in nearly seven months, erasing a significant portion of the gains it made during October’s rally. Analysts say fear-driven selling, declining ETF inflows, and large leveraged liquidations have intensified the downward pressure.

The drop is being viewed as both a psychological and technical setback, raising concerns of a deeper correction. With investors shifting towards safer assets amid global economic uncertainty, market experts warn that Bitcoin could test even lower support levels if sentiment fails to improve. The broader crypto ecosystem has also come under strain, mirroring the risk-off mood that has gripped financial markets worldwide.

    Cambridge, UK | November 18, 2025
Cambridge Dictionary has officially announced “parasocial” as its Word of the Year for 2025, citing a surge in both its use and search interest. The term describes a one-sided psychological relationship wherein individuals feel deeply connected to a public figure — such as a celebrity, influencer, or fictional character — despite there being no real mutual interaction.

Lexicographers at Cambridge highlighted that the rise of parasocial connections reflects broader social changes in 2025, driven by digital media, social platforms, and artificial intelligence. These one-way bonds underscore evolving notions of friendship, community, and emotional support in a world where many relationships are formed and maintained entirely over screens.

He criticized the authorities handling the case, suggesting the verdict reflects geopolitical pressure rather than genuine legal reasoning.
