External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Monday extended India’s support to Australia following the recent terror attack in Sydney, which left multiple people injured and some dead. Jaishankar expressed solidarity with the Australian government and people, emphasizing India’s condemnation of all acts of terrorism.
Officials said the MEA highlighted India’s willingness to cooperate on counter-terrorism measures and share intelligence if required. Analysts noted that such diplomatic gestures reaffirm India’s commitment to global peace and reinforce international partnerships in addressing security threats.
