Mamata Banerjee Warns Amit Shah, Asserts We Will Definitely Form Government

Kolkata, January 2:
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has issued a stern warning to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, asserting that her party will “definitely form the government” in the upcoming elections. Speaking at a public rally, Banerjee criticised the Centre for allegedly interfering in state affairs and attempting to influence political outcomes. She urged citizens to remain vigilant and participate actively in the democratic process to uphold the mandate of the people.

Banerjee further emphasised that her party is committed to defending the rights of West Bengal residents and countering what she described as attempts to undermine regional governance. Political analysts noted that her remarks are likely to intensify the electoral narrative in the state, highlighting the high-stakes contest between the Trinamool Congress and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. The Chief Minister’s comments have sparked reactions across party lines, with supporters praising her determination and opposition leaders challenging her claims, underlining the growing political intensity ahead of the elections.
