India has taken significant steps to strengthen cooperation with Georgia in textile and sericulture sectors, aiming to enhance trade, technology exchange, and skill development. The agreement, signed on Saturday, focuses on promoting sustainable practices, improving production quality, and facilitating bilateral investments between the two countries.
Officials highlighted that the collaboration will also include joint research initiatives, training programs for artisans, and opportunities for Indian textile companies to explore the Georgian market. Both nations expressed optimism that this partnership would not only expand economic ties but also support cultural and technological exchanges in traditional crafts and modern textile innovation.
