Hyderabad, November 26, 2025: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday welcomed the setting up of Safran’s Aircraft Engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in the state, calling it a major milestone for Hyderabad’s growing aviation and aerospace ecosystem. He said the project would strengthen India’s self-reliance in high-end aviation services and position Telangana as a key global maintenance hub.
The Chief Minister added that the Safran MRO facility is expected to generate significant employment, attract global investments, and enhance technical skill development among local youth. The state government assured full support to the project, highlighting its broader impact on industrial growth, exports, and the long-term vision of making Hyderabad a global aerospace destination.
