Dry Weather Conditions Likely to Prevail Across Andhra Pradesh

Amaravati, January 20:
Dry weather conditions are likely to prevail across Andhra Pradesh over the next few days, according to the latest forecast issued by the Meteorological Department on Monday. Officials said there is no indication of significant rainfall activity across the state during this period, while daytime temperatures are expected to gradually rise in coastal, Rayalaseema and interior districts. Morning hours may witness mild fog in isolated places, but overall weather conditions are expected to remain dry and stable.

The weather department cautioned that the prolonged dry spell could have an impact on agricultural activities, particularly in rain-fed regions and areas dependent on residual soil moisture. Farmers have been advised to plan irrigation schedules judiciously and take necessary steps to protect standing crops from moisture stress. Authorities also urged the general public to remain cautious during peak daytime hours as temperatures rise, while stating that weather conditions will continue to be closely monitored and updates will be issued if any significant changes are observed.
