Fresh Injury Blow For India As Another Star Ruled Out Of New Zealand ODIs After Rishabh Pant

New Delhi, January 12:
India have suffered another major setback ahead of the ongoing ODI series against New Zealand, with a second key player being ruled out due to injury, shortly after wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant was sidelined. The development has added to the team management’s concerns as they look to maintain balance and momentum in the series.

According to sources, the player sustained the injury during training and will undergo rehabilitation under the supervision of the BCCI medical team. The selectors are expected to announce a replacement soon, while the team is likely to make tactical adjustments to cover the absence. The back-to-back injury blows have tested India’s squad depth, but the management remains confident of putting up a strong performance against New Zealand.
