Amaravati, January 2:
The Andhra Pradesh government has introduced supplementary examinations for paramedical courses from the current academic year as part of reforms in the education sector. The initiative aims to ensure that students who fail in one or two subjects are given an additional opportunity to clear their exams without losing an academic year.
Education department officials said the decision was taken after considering repeated requests from students, parents and academic institutions. The reform is expected to reduce dropout rates, improve overall pass percentages and strengthen the paramedical education system in the state.
