Will Congress Dare To Pin Responsibility On Rahul Gandhi For Party’s Decline Asks BJP Leader

New Delhi, December 27:
A senior BJP leader on Friday questioned whether the Congress party would hold Rahul Gandhi accountable for what he described as the party’s continuous electoral setbacks and organisational decline. Raising sharp political questions, the BJP leader said Congress has repeatedly failed to introspect and fix responsibility for its poor performance across several states.

Addressing media persons, the leader alleged that despite repeated losses, Congress leadership has avoided internal accountability and instead resorted to blaming external factors. He claimed that the party’s decision-making remains centralised and disconnected from grassroots realities, leading to erosion of public trust.

The BJP leader further asserted that Congress workers and supporters deserve transparency and honest evaluation of leadership failures. He said that unless the party addresses its internal leadership issues, it will continue to struggle electorally and organisationally.

Reacting to the remarks, Congress leaders dismissed the comments as politically motivated attacks, maintaining that the party is undergoing organisational reforms and focusing on strengthening its grassroots network. Political observers noted that the exchange reflects intensifying political rhetoric ahead of upcoming elections, with leadership accountability emerging as a key talking point.
