New Delhi, December 16: The Luthra brothers, who are accused in a high-profile financial fraud case, were brought back to Delhi on Monday by investigating agencies after being taken into custody from another location. Officials said the accused were escorted under tight security and necessary legal procedures were followed during their transit.
The brothers are scheduled to be produced before the Patiala House Court in the national capital, where investigators are expected to seek further custodial interrogation. Authorities said the case involves serious allegations of financial irregularities, and further investigation is underway to trace money trails and identify other possible links.
