
New Delhi, December 10: Addressing MPs of the National Democratic Alliance, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India has entered a “Reform Express” phase, focusing on fast-paced governance and people-centric development. He urged elected representatives to remove everyday hurdles faced by citizens and ensure that government schemes reach the last mile.
The Prime Minister stressed that governance should be transparent, responsive and free from unnecessary delays. He also called upon MPs to remain connected with the public and address grassroots issues with urgency, stating that public trust is the foundation of strong democracy.
